Consent beyond sex
Consent applies to touch, communication, sharing information, and decision-making.
Consent means a clear and freely given yes. It applies to many parts of life, including sharing private information, taking photos, and making plans that affect both people. Consent can change. A yes can become a no, and that must be respected. If someone ignores your boundaries, that is a serious sign that support may be needed.
